Who is Kisan Mart?
      Who Am I? I am your online shopper who will shop for your order and deliver it to your home at your convenient date and time. Kisan Mart Services Private limited, Hyderabad owns me, my staff, my website. kisanmart.com is launched to provide good Quality grocery products with reliable Service & complete Value of time and money to you.
      I have added around 2000 products on www.kisanmart.com for you to choose. I will be adding more & more products every day to make sure that you find all the products you would need on day-day basis.

1. How do I Work?
      I am available 24/7 at your service. All you need to do is to log onto www.kisanmart.com to place an order and I will deliver your order to your door step on the date & time you mention.
2. What if you are not at home at the time of delivery?
      No problem. Just call in advance to communicate the change of delivery date and/or time. I will deliver at the earliest slot available next. Please do call me well in advance (not later than 4 hrs of the original delivery slot) to inform about your unavailability, to avoid inconvenience. In case you choose to pay online for your shopping, during registration, you can mention an alternative person such as your building watchman, who could take the delivery in your absence, should it be necessary. The option is available in check out page and all you have to do is tick on it.
3. What should you do with a defective product?
      I & my staff carefully check every order before sending it out. However, in case there is a slip and you find a particular product defective, just send an email immediately to CustomerService@kisanmart.com with order id & product details and I will replace the product in 48 hours. Please ensure that you complain as early from the time of delivery as you can to avoid compliance issues. Alternatively, you can also call on 040-65656567/68, and register your complaint.
4. Do you need to register to place an order?
      Yes, you need to register on my website before you can place your order. But the process is very simple and you can do it from your home. The option is available on the home page (top right side) of kisanmart.com or you can register in the check out page.
5. What are the different payment options I offer?
      You can select either Cash-on- Delivery (COD) or make the payment using your net-banking facility or credit card at the time of check out.
6. Are there any hidden charges when you order from kisanmart.com?
      No, I keep the transactions very simple and transparent. You only pay for what you order, which will reflect in your order summary. However, please understand that this is an introductory offer. The service might carry a minimum charge and/or order size in future.
7. Are there any conditions for Cash-on-Delivery?
      COD is strictly a cash-only payment method; e-Gift Vouchers or Store Credit cannot be used for COD orders.
8. Is the online paying option safe?
      I assure you of complete security and confidentiality. I ensure that your payment details are not saved after your transaction. Also, kisanmart.com and payment gateway use the SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.
9. How can you track your order?
      At each and every stage of processing your order, I send emails/SMS. Additionally, you can login to your account to check the status of your order.
10. Is this service available in other cities too?
      To start with, I have chosen Hyderabad for my service. I do have plans to travel to other cities and seek the patronage of the citizens in those cities.
11. Does this service cover the entire city of Hyderabad?
      For now, I have opened the Shopping Service Expressway number 1, which covers Lingampally, Chandanagar, Madeenaguda, Hafeezpet, Madhapur, Kondapur, Gachibowli, & Mani konda. Shortly, I will begin more Shopping Service Expressways to connect as many localities of Hyderabad to Kisan Mart as possible.
12. How will the delivery be done?
      I have my own team of well trained and service minded delivery executives to deliver your orders. I don’t trust any third party with the deliveries.
13. Can an order, once placed be cancelled on kisanmart.com?
      Also, can you return a product that was delivered? If yes, how? Yes, you can cancel your order. However, these conditions apply for returning of the products. For outright cancellations from your end: If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, I will refund the entire amount (if the payment was made online).
If the cancellation happens after your order has been dispatched, then you can do one of the following:
1. If your product has been dispatched but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support for further information and cancellation services.
2. However, replacement will be done for a product, only if it is eligible for cancellation.
14. How do I safeguard personal data?
      All the personal data that I capture from you like name, address, phone number will be very confidential. I don’t share this data with any third party unless required by law.
15. How would the order be delivered?
      In eco-friendly bags or cardboard boxes. I recycle the bags and boxes and reward my customers with 20/- if they return them.
16. What about the Reward Points?
      To appreciate your patronage and loyalty, I reward you each time you shop kisanmart.com. You will be credited with 50 reward points when you register and place your first order. You will also receive 50 reward points when a customer referred by you places an order for the first time. As an introductory offer, you will receive 10 reward points for every Rs. 100 of billing you do.
